
As we settle into February and prepare for the Lunar New Year, this Yin yoga class offers a quiet pause to slow down, soften, and make space. Rather than rushing ahead, we’ll allow the body and mind to gently arrive in this moment of transition.
This calming Yin practice, accompanied by the resonant vibrations of singing bowls from Nepal, supports the nervous system in settling after the movement and stimulation of the past weeks.
Through long-held poses and mindful breath, we’ll release built-up tension, quiet the mind, and create a sense of spaciousness and ease—preparing us to enter the Lunar New Year feeling grounded, rested, and steady.
