My journey with yoga began around 2015, and over time it has become a steady and grounding part of my life. What started as a personal practice gradually grew into something I wanted to share with others in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and accessible.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (200HR RYT) with Yoga Alliance and completed my 200-hour teacher training in Mysore, India. I have also completed a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, along with additional training in sound and chakra healing.
As a teacher, my intention is to make yoga feel welcoming and inclusive. I believe yoga is for every body. You do not need to be flexible, fit, or have any particular level of experience to begin. My classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and functional mobility, with the aim of supporting how we move, feel, and live in everyday life.
In a fast-paced world, I hope to offer a space where people can slow down, reconnect, and experience the grounding and empowering benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat.
