Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely! Classes are designed to be accessible for all levels. Modifications and guidance will be provided throughout the session.

You can book directly via jessicaanneyoga.com on the "CLASSES" or "SCHEDULE" tabs.

You may also use the free OfferingTree app (iOS/Android)for easy access on your phone.

You can log in using the same email and password you used when registering on the website.

Once you book a class, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link and instructions to join via Zoom.

The Zoom class link will be sent to you via email after you complete your registration. You can also find the link by logging into your account on jessicaanneyoga.com. Click on your user profile in the top right corner of the page, then select “My Registrations” to view your class details and access the Zoom link.

You'll need:

  • A yoga mat or soft surface

  • Comfortable clothing you can move in

  • A device with internet access (laptop, tablet, or phone)

  • Zoom installed

  • Optional: yoga blocks, strap, blanket or cushion for support

Please consult your healthcare provider first. You're welcome to join with modifications, but always listen to your body. Let me know ahead of time about any injuries.

No, it's completely optional. I love to check in and see how you're doing to offer support and guidance, but you’re always welcome to keep your camera off if that’s what you prefer. Your comfort comes first.

To keep the class quiet and focused for everyone, I ask that all students keep their microphones on mute during the session. There will be time for brief discussion or questions before and after class if you'd like to share or connect.

If possible, try to arrive on time to support your own routine and settle into the class calmly. That said, I understand that things can come up.

If you join late, you’re still welcome to enter. Please join quietly with your microphone switched off and ease into the practice when you’re ready.
