Foundation Yoga

A supportive, beginner friendly class to build strength, mobility, and calm in a way that feels practical and sustainable.

Foundation Yoga class focuses on functional, intentional movement supported by breath and simple mindfulness. You will work on strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness through clear, steady guidance.

Some moments may feel gently challenging, but the practice is taught in a supportive and approachable way, with options available so you can adjust and move in a way that feels right for your body on the day.

This class is especially supportive if:

  • You want to move more regularly and feel better in your body

  • You are looking for guidance and structure without pressure

  • You want to build strength, mobility, and confidence over time

No prior experience or specific level of fitness is needed. Only a willingness to show up and move in a way that supports everyday life.

Gentle Yoga

A slow, supportive class designed to help you move with ease, settle the nervous system, and feel more at home in your body.

Gentle Yoga focuses on slow, accessible movement supported by calming breathwork and simple mindfulness practices. The emphasis is on easing tension, improving mobility, and cultivating relaxation and body awareness.

The practice is guided in a clear and reassuring way, with options offered throughout so you can move gently, pause, or rest whenever needed. There is no pressure to push or perform, only an invitation to listen to your body.

This class is especially supportive if:

  • You want to slow down and move with more ease

  • You are feeling tired, stressed, or in need of a gentler pace

  • You want a practice that supports rest, recovery, and everyday wellbeing

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice where poses are held for longer periods — typically 3 to 5 minutes — to gently target the deep connective tissues of the body.
