Gentle Yoga focuses on slow, accessible movement supported by calming breathwork and simple mindfulness practices. The emphasis is on easing tension, improving mobility, and cultivating relaxation and body awareness.
The practice is guided in a clear and reassuring way, with options offered throughout so you can move gently, pause, or rest whenever needed. There is no pressure to push or perform, only an invitation to listen to your body.

No prior experience or specific level of fitness is needed. Only a willingness to show up and move in a way that supports how you feel in your body.
