Welcoming Winter
SUN NOV 22, 10:30 - 11:40 AM KST (SAT NOV 21, 8:30 - 9:40 PM EST)

As the days grow shorter and the air turns colder, this Yin class is an invitation to slow down and turn inward as winter approaches.

Through long-held, supported poses and mindful breathing, we’ll gently release tension and give the body and mind a chance to rest. Nepalese singing bowls will accompany the practice, creating a quiet and grounding atmosphere.

Inspired by Soseol (소설, 小雪), meaning “Minor Snow,” one of the 24 traditional East Asian solar terms, this time of year marks the gradual transition into winter, when temperatures begin to drop and the first snow may arrive.

As nature settles into rest, we’ll take some time to soften, let go of what we no longer need, and find warmth in stillness.

Suitable for all levels. No experience or flexibility is required.
